Practice Information

Dr. Maly is an M.D. practicing  functional medicine.

Her primary practice is located in Santa Fe, NM.   She also provides tele-medicine services to Colorado.  She is the sole provider in her practice. This will provide continuous, convenient and expedient care .  Her practice can be compared to concierge medicine without the  upfront yearly costs but with the one on one exceptional care.

Her office visits can be done via phone or teleconference for your convenience . A typical office visit is one hour in duration while more complicated medical situations may require an hour and a half visit.  

Dr. Maly encourages patients to incorporate the care of other practitioners, if they desire, as there are many modalities that can assist in healing the body, mind and spirit.

We offer a complementary 15 minute visit with Dr. Maly via teleconference or phone so you can assess if she is compatible with your needs.

Our practice does not currently accept insurance and Dr.Maly is considered an out-of-network provider.  We will happily provide all the necessary codes and paperwork to submit the bill to your insurance company for reimbursement.
